PHH Short Sale Approval
Michael Gaddis recently obtained PHH short sale approval for a Fannie Mae owned loan for a homeowner located in Moreno Valley, CA. This PHH short sale has incurred numerous issues and obtaining this PHH approval was not easy. The main problem was not PHH but Fannie Mae. In fact, Fannie Mae delayed giving PHH the approval to extend a Trustee Sale which resulted in the house going to foreclosure. However, Michael Gaddis and the negotiator at PHH worked diligently to have the sale rescinded. Once rescinded, Fannie Mae issued the new approval and the homeowner is now set to close the short sale on 09/14/2012.
There is no such thing as an easy short sale, especially a PHH short sale. Every short sale has difficulties of some sort which arise. It is extremely important that a homeowner select a real estate agent capable of handling a wide variety of issues that may occur. As an attorney and real estate broker Michael Gaddis is well suited to handle just about any situation that might arise.
Homeowners need to realize that not all real estate professionals are the same. A homeowner’s friend or acquaintance might have a real estate license but that does not mean that they are qualified to properly handle a short sale.
